BLUE PAIN
“Blue Pain” , 2014-2017
From an early age, I’ve been attracted to the mysterious appeal of all kinds of tools and the inscrutability associated with them. They’ve seemed strange and a little scary for me. Subsequent studies at the Biological Faculty have lifted the veil of secrecy and instead have caused empathy for the laboratory animals and compassion for their pain.
However, the metaphor of opening and looking inward intertwines in my work as the method of comprehending the hidden meaning.
